The hostel located at 6-8 Junction Road in Kowloon City, which nearby Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Open University, Hong Kong City University, Tung Wah College, St. Teresa’s Hospital & Evangel Hospital.
Entire total 4 floors with roof top of our building.
We have Laundry shop at the front of Ground Floor for public and tenants to use; and there has Private Leisure area with Pantry at the back of Ground Floor for tenants use only. We provides Microwave, Electricity Cook, Water Dispenser, Fridge and Cutlery for Usage, Tenant no need to spend on electricity appliance.
1st Floor to 3rd Floor, are provides by different type of rooms in gender. Rental Price included water meter, electricity meter, Wi-Fi connection & Maintenance Fee; Tenant just bring your suitcase to stay. Shared bathroom in each floor.
Moreover, our roof top entire around 1800 SQFT for Leisure, Chit Chat, and Networking Event. Tenants are welcome to host any event at roof top after submission to us.

Payments include the following items：
Reservation Fee – the licence fee and cleaning fee of first two months , which should be paid at the time of booking.
Licence Fee – includes the management fee, government rates, maintenance fee for general wear and tears, and home insurance.
Cleaning Fee – HK$100 per month for common area cleaning
Security Deposit – if all the facilities in the room are in good condition upon checkout, the security deposit will be refunded to licensee within 15 working days upon checkout. If there is any damage of the facilities or trash left in the unit, charges used to pay for the maintenance and cleaning service will be deducted from the security deposit.

2-term instalments:
Reservation fee (1st instalment)

Pay HK$8,200 within 2 days upon issuing the agreement
Security deposit (Refundable) (2nd instalment)
2 months Licence fee
Pay HK8,000 in 14 days upon the start date of licence period
Remaining Licence fee and utility prepayment (2nd instalment)
10 months Licence fee and cleaning fee
Pay HK$41,000 in 14 days upon the start date of licence period
*If you have income proof or occupation proof, such as doctoral students, research assistants, or university officials, you can pay the licence fee by month (with 3 months licence fee as refundable security deposit). Please choose 3-term instalments and write down your monthly payment request in the Remarks with supporting documents uploaded when submitting your online application; we will then process your request at the backend system.
