There are four apartments on each floor, among which, floor 11, 10,9,8,6,5 and 4, totally 20 units are used for accommodating students.
This mansion has been refurbished in 2021. Furniture and electric appliance are newly bought. Most of the furniture comes from IKEA, including wardrobes, desks, chairs and bookshelves.
