Utility Prepayment

Every licensee shares the charges equally based on the monthly bills from Water Supplies Department, Power Supply Company and Internet Service Provider. The total accounts will be settled upon checkout and any excess payment shall be refunded and deficiency shall be repaid.

Security Deposit

if all the facilities in the room are in good condition upon checkout, the security deposit will be refunded to licensee within 15 working days upon checkout. If there is any damage of the facilities or trash left in the unit, charges used to pay for the maintenance and cleaning service will be deducted from the security deposit.
