Payments include the following items：
Reservation Fee – the Licence fee and management fee of first 2 months, which should be paid at the time of booking.
Licence Fee – includes the all utilities (electricity and water), Wi-Fi internet, government rates, and home insurance.
Management Fee – HK$480 per month for management fee, weekly room cleaning cost, daily cleaning cost on common area, maintenance fee for general wear and tears and dedicated customer service.
Security Deposit – if all the facilities in the room are in good condition upon checkout, the security deposit will be refunded to licensee within 15 working days upon checkout. If there is any damage of the facilities or trash left in the unit, charges used to pay for the maintenance and cleaning service will be deducted from the security deposit.
