The Best Property Management Limited is responsible for its management, and it is equipped with 24-hour security personnel and security cameras. Garbage left by residents is collected everyday. All visitors must register their ID cards before entering the mansion.
The flat has been refurbished in 2023. Most furniture and electric appliances were newly bought. Most of the furniture comes from IKEA, including wardrobes, desks and chairs. Most beds and all mattresses are of the Seahorse Brand. 1000MB Broadband Internet access offered by PCCW/HKT is available for the tenants, whose fee are included in the rent. Only tenants of the same gender shall be allowed to live in the same flat. The usable area of the apartment is 874 square feet. There are a total of 6 single rooms in the flat and their sizes ranged from 64-87 square feet.
