Reservation Fee – the licence fee first 2 months , which should be paid at the time of booking. (Paid it to Contented Living, we will paid to landlord)

Licence Fee – includes the management fee, government rates, maintenance fee for general wear and tears, and home insurance. (Paid it to landlord)

Utility Prepayment – Landlord will issue every month invoice to tenant for water, electricity and Internet service bills. (Paid it to landlord)

Security Deposit – if all the facilities in the room are in good condition upon checkout, the security deposit will be refunded to licensee within 15 working days upon checkout. If there is any damage of the facilities or trash left in the unit, charges used to pay for the maintenance and cleaning service will be deducted from the security deposit. (Paid it to landlord)

*If you have income proof or occupation proof, such as doctoral students, research assistants, or university officials, you can pay the licence fee by month (with 3 months licence fee as refundable security deposit). Please choose 3-term instalments and write down your monthly payment request in the Remarks with supporting documents uploaded when submitting your online application; we will then process your request at the backend system.
