Reservation Fee – 2 months licence fee, which should be paid at the time of booking.
Licence Fee – includes the utilities, Internet service, management fee, government rates, twice a week room cleaning cost, and maintenance fee for general wear.
Security Deposit – if all the facilities in the room are in good condition upon checkout, the security deposit will be refunded to licensee within 15 working days upon checkout. If there is any damage of the facilities or trash left in the unit, charges used to pay for the maintenance and cleaning service will be deducted from the security deposit.
